PARTNERED PARTIES
2026 brought exciting new partnerships! Check out all the partnered events, hosted across multiple venues during Hot Summer Nights 2026.
Austin Symphony Orchestra’s Tuneful Tales event on Saturday July 18th at Stubb’s.
Featuring: a Brass Quintet with performances in both Spanish and English, including an ASL interpreter. 100+ attendees and families joined us for this accessible and fun event!
Hot Summer Mornings at Waterloo Park. In partnership with Waterloo Greenway, we hosted a morning yoga session & DJ set, followed by kids activities at the Winkler Family Wetland Terrace, bringing in 150+ attendees for an easy, warm, and fun hot summer morning.
Partnerships with local Promoters & Non-Profits: The Red River Cultural District supported & partnered with local promoters & non-profits to bring a diverse line-up to our District stages. These partnerships help create opportunities for new and emerging artists, while highlighting the incredible organizations working to keep the music alive in Austin, TX. Featured partners this year include Howdy Gals, Happen Twice, iLL MaNNER, and H.O.M.E.
Media Partnerships: Our media partnerships are incredibly important for the success of Hot Summer Nights. This year, we partnered with The Austin Chronicle, KUTX, & 101X media to bring unforgettable experiences to fans. This included the iconic KUTX Summer Jam series at Stubbs, an Austin Chronicle supported (and fan favorite) line-up at Kingdom, plus live radio coverage leading up to the Festival Saturday at Mohawk with 101X. All in support of shining a light on the incredible local artists and musicians here in Central Texas.
Business Partnerships: RRCD partnered with downtown businesses including The Side Bar & True Blue Tattoo & Piercing – hosting special Red River themed flash tattoos & local DJs for a special event that expanded beyond the traditional music venue experience.
HOT SUMMER NIGHT MARKET
For the 2026 festival, we partnered with Future Front Texas to bring fans a mini version of The Front Market, at Stubb’s Liberty Lunch. The event featured 20 booths of curated vintage, handcrafted goods, and incredible thrifted finds – plus, DJ sets by Orya and DJ Bad Apple.
